We had the most amazing experience buying and selling a house all within 5 weeks start to finish. Scott was very good at listening to what we wanted. He was very quick at responding with the proper people and asking the questions that needed to be answered. He was very good at finding ways to negotiate buying and selling of the two houses since there were multiple full price offers. He was able to keep both sales alive even though there were some difficult demands to navigate. Even within all the stress and emotion that can come with buying and selling a house, Scott was excellent at reminding us of the big picture and to not get bogged down in the details that would not matter in the future. We would highly recommend him to anyone trying to buy or sell a house.
